Jackie, I hope you'll get well soon! Fever can be serious, so don't push yourself too hard. Your fans will always wait patiently. This video was a real treat for me since I'm a sucker for Finnish design and all things Finnish 💗💗! I'd move there if it wasn't dark and cold for so many months of the year. Your Marimekko box is wonderful and a great source of inspiration! Your collage makes me getting in the mood for spring, which is a very pleasant feeling 🙂! When you got out that black Posca pen and doing your thing, everything was coming beautifully together! Aloha from Berlin ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Such a fantastic idea and outcome! Inspiration can be difficult at the best of times but especially when you're not feeling 100%, so having something like a card deck you enjoy is a brilliant idea. Thanks for sharing this Jackie - it is a gift I need right now.❤

This is such a blast to watch Jackie! Thanks for entertaining us even when you're running a fever! I've loved Marimekko since the 60's, and actually gifted this fun postcard set to my sweet highly creative daughter-in-law for her birthday last year! it was a huge hit, too! The big green flower in the bottom left reminds me of a cactus, which made me think you should do a page of cacti like these flowers, how much fun would that be?!?!?! Get well soon! XOXOX Deanna

Hope you're feeling much better by now. Love the fun look of this journal page. So relaxing, too. And by the way, be sure to also watch 1883 and 1923 when you're done with Yellowstone. They're the history before the current Yellowstone series and so much better.

Another fun project Jackie 😍 Sorry you are feeling unwell and hope it passes soon 🤗 Playing, creating with something that brings us joy is truly healing. The challenge for me is to focus and dedicate myself to being creative when I’m not in a good place, let alone feeling unwell. It’s having the strength and courage to step away from the heaviness that can weigh us down and step into a space that will lighten and transform the heaviness. Watching your creative journey is truly inspiring. Thank you and get well soon. Healing hugs 🤗 🙏🏻 🤗🙏🏻

Healing hugs accepted and already working - thank you Andrea! I don’t always create when I’m not feeling well, but I sincerely do not like laying in bed doing nothing. The creativity does remove the heaviness. 🥰

Such fun! and a good way to relax.. In the initial stages they reminded me of Andy Warhol's flowers but were transformed by all the details.. Hope you feel better soon, jet lag can be very debilitating, and gets worse as you get older!

So true, Diana, the jet lag is getting harder. This one is recovering from a 16 hour time difference and I am all out of sorts - I didn’t even “see” the Warholesque flowers, but in retrospect, you’re right. May have to do some Warhol inspired entries too! 🥰

@@PaintedPaperStudio Well I’ve painted a fair bit on canvas 😉😂 Yeah, I have, mainly with Inktense blocks and embroidery over it, but I tend to keep them seperate, tho I love to explore texture in painting so have added fabric, mainly Shim…I think that’s what it’s called, a loose gauze and I do love adding stitching to paintings. I’m very keen to explore it more. Let me go get you a name of someone on here who is a big influence on my experiments…I just can’t remember off the top of my head at 4am 😂
