Using a screwdriver shaped soldering iron tip heating both pads simultaneously makes things go faster. I soldered on surface mount components in hearing aids back in the 1990s and used that technique with great sucess.

And thank you for posting this video. I just purchased 4 of these for a 500 amp supply and cant wait to get the project started. Do you know if there is a voltage sharing pin to wire in parallel?

How are you able to find out which components need modding? Is it because delta keeps using same pic micro and similar layout?

You can use an axial lead resistor if your skill level allows. There's plenty of room for axial leads.

Hello! I have a 2360w Dell A2360P-00. I attempted to find the voltage reference circuit but I was unsuccessful. I was wondering if you have any experience with this unit or might assist in locating the OVP / OCP?

I don't have direct experience with the Dell power supply. If you could share some clear pictures, I'll see if I can help you out with it.

@@taoli1239Hello! I have several of the 2000w versions of this PSU. I've modified the output voltage to my application but believe I keep tripping over current protection (OCP). I connect the supply to a vehicle with a low state of charge, current quickly rises to 110A and will turn off with a flashing orange light. Is there a way to set a constant current (CC) with this PSU?
