My niece is a Delta, tho' no longer on Earth. At first, we thought it was a cult (LMAO😂 since the Universities we attended up 2 that point did not have frats & sororities) but in time my Family grew to understand not all frats & sororities R the same.. The Deltas R beautiful, smart & creative-thinking Sisters ❤️❤️❤️ The Sorority was intent on giving each member of their organization the gift of a PURPOSEFUL Life in the SERVICE of others. Exactly what so many Govt & Business Leaders could use in these uncertain times right now. The disease which slowly took her breath away, was unable to deter her from her beloved Deltas. My niece, Gloria Ortiz worked TIRELESSLY for them. As I said b4, she wanted to give back what they had given her : the gift of a purposeful life in the service of others. Deltas R instrumental in supporting school children nationwide in their communities by participating politically to get playgrounds built, after-school programs funded, school resources supporting STEM Programs, Music & Art Programs, etc. as well as being Leaders in Business, Education, Law, Medical, Engr. etc. if U can .. Please help to support them. Your investment will be returned tenfold.👌🏾 ThankU Deltas ❤️❤️❤️ for everything U do & R. We LOVE Deltas ❤️❤️❤️ b/c we saw firsthand the difference U all made in my niece's life till the end.💜👑🇺🇸🇵🇷💜👏🏾

High GPA's is what being a pledge should be about not all the dumb hazing and bullshit. Pledge by showing them how to conduct themselves as young ladies and men. Not being humiliated and tormented that's no different than being tormented as slaves. No slave here and no group is worth my dignity and self respect. Period. I've been a member of clubs before and never was humiliated or disrespected.

Deborah Foster omg !! You can say that again!! Some men and women are beaten so badly they are killed! The movie “burning sands” with Trevor Jackson is based on a real story they beat the man so badly in the head he had a seizure and died and they just dropped his body at the hospital and left him to die .. nah I’m good.. when me and my husband have kids I will teach them to be leaders and not followers don’t want to belong. Be your dam self

I must say I've been watching so many of these presentations of the D9 system fraternity and sorority, well done , really, but there is a spiritual process that's taking place here.

It was so detailed . I’ve watched others cross (men and women) and the others were not nearly as detailed and organized as THESE beautiful black women. I know these tight lines and perfect precision came with a price but *newsflash* so will most things that are really worth having in life. Way to step out and be bold. SALUTE
