A wonderful video. We can see a sophisticated approach of an experienced artist.

Hi Andre what weight Fabriano please? Is it cold or hot pressed? Many thanks and in case you give this information I do not have speakers at the moment!!

K M the paper doesn’t warp when wet suggesting it is cold press and pre treated (like arches or legion paper). Probably around 140lb

I love his art ,the way he gets chicken feet & legs is so real to life of their poses. I thought he used ink to get that fabulous saturation but it appears hes just using watercolour

It just says Fabriano on top title. I'd like to know the black. It didn't stain at all. I did see that he added red and blue for center part and second coat of the left C shape he used green. I wish we were at least told his colors. I kept waiting for some info.

Est-ce avec de l’encre de Chine ou aquarelle noire ( mais laquelle ?)

I suggest that he be honest - and refuse to give demonstrations if he is so aggravated that he insults his viewers with this arrogant behaviour.

Ok, great, wonderful. But really? why is this the most fantastic piece?

Very nice, but we don't know what materials he used, what additives to water. Comments on supplies would be nice.

In watercolour usually no additives a re added. Maybe he does. It is not obvious from the video. I paint for years and none of my watercolour friends ever uses anything else but pure water.

@@AnneGoggansQHHT Idk I don't think he's using any additives. It's just water from what I see

@@AnneGoggansQHHT I think gum arabic would probably lessen the way his strokes feather out. I'm wondering if he maybe uses granulating pigments. He seems to be using W&N, unless there are other brands out there with similar tubes. The filming is a bit foggy, but I love the video!

These paintings are mostly using Chinese Ink for the black body. The ears are obviously watercolor . I'm thinking paynes grey

Knowing how to prepare your paper and when to start painting is not a joke at all. Essential.

Hi, I was wondering if I can use a spray bottle instead of immersing into a tub?
@bodulica3
7 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. Just be careful that everything is well covered. The edges will dry faster, so you might add more water to it. Or use big, soft 2" flat brush. Put a lot ow water so it soaks in.

a black egg with ears. What couldve been achieved with a 3 minute video by a 3 year old took 41 minutes to play out. Expected a bit more sophistication from inArte Fabriano.

Hahah a black egg with ears. It's just how he works, man. His art has a particular look to it that's hard to replicate. I do agree that this particular painting is a bit simple.
