This isn't aseptic technique. Let's hope that particular Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain isn't an MDRO. For anyone watching, please wear gloves and use aseptic technique with a bunsen burner.

Phosphate buffered saline or just PBS buffer which helps to sustain constant pH. Just google PBS buffer

When you work with no dangerous microorganism and Bunsen flame (method to achieve aseptic conditions) it is not required to wear gloves.
@@alienx2486 As far as I know it is dangerous to immunocompromised people. It rarely cause issues on healthy individuals. This doesn't mean you should not be careful when handling Psenudomonas aeruginosa samples.
