Which standalone DJ system makes the most sense for you? Is the PRIME 4 worth the $600 premium over the SC Live 4? These are the questions I hope to help you answer in today's video.

The PRIME 4 features a massive, adjustable 10” HD display which supports multi-touch gestures, rugged metal construction including the 6-inch jog wheels, 4 assignable inputs (for connecting media players or turntables), 2 dedicated XLR mic inputs with individual control, 8 performance trigger pads per side, and a suite of effects taken straight from Denon’s flagship mixer, the X1800 Prime.
The SC LIVE 4 features a smaller, non-adjustable display. It features a similar feature set to the PRIME 4, but without the ability to connect external sources, less available mic controls, and simplified "club-style" FX control.
