If anyone wants a review from someone who actually needs these: they may be easy to apply and taste good but they don't make the slightest difference. Context: I have a decade of chainsmoking and serial caffeine drinking behind me so my teeth are not white but they're not golden yellow either. How I used them: twice a day for 14 days after flossing and brushing my teeth with water only. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. Dried my teeth and fitted the strips properly for 30 mins each time. I took before and after photos in the exact same lighting and noted zero difference. Oral care routine: I floss between each tooth with pikster brushes, then mouthwash for a minute, then brush with an Oralb sensitive gums electric toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste for 2 min, twice a day. I brush with a soft bristle manual toothbrush in between if I can, which I did in this case before applying the strips. My enamel isn't damaged because I've never used abrasive products like whitening toothpastes or charcoal. This is all as recommended by my dentist. So moral of the story is, if you want the job done, pay a professional. I found a video of a dentist debunking hismile products by explaining the science behind it which I found quite useful if anyone wants the link. Keep in mind lighting is everything when measuring results, it's very easy to fake.

Your music is a little too loud, I'd recommend dialling it back.
