What I don’t understand with accepting.. if you truly accept something you don’t do anything to make it go away.. so if you do yoga, meditation etc. to make it go away you are not truly accepting.. you know what I mean?

what if i ask it to worsen such as wanting the symptoms to get worse would that help me?

I am now facing DPDR, I am in a better period. But I was wondering, when you recover, don't you have a constant fear that it will come back? or at every moment in life that is more demanding and causes you anxiety, don't you wonder if it will come back? don't you live in constant fear?

Hi Raluca! I personally don't because I know what it is now and that I shouldn't fear it :) The way out of it is to overcome your fear of it, so in most cases the moment you're not afraid of it coming back, is the moment you recover. I always say: if it comes back it's my body letting me know that it's time to surrender again and work on my inner peace.
