It's even harder for us Spanish-speakers because we have two genders, masculine and feminine, but Spanish nouns don't always match the same gender in German, and of course add that neuter German gender!

This one is really mind boggling, what were the Germans thinking when created things like this? How do you say "the night"? die Nacht but then, how do you say "The stars of the night"? die Sterne der Nacht Can someone tell me the reason why "der" is to be used in that context before the feminine noun??

"die" changes to "der" in the genitive case 😊

I never go with confusion Always use Das For this only stupid 😡😡😡 article, i cannot stress on my brain
