With a stater of 100% moisture, you can bake most of the bread, both traditional, national, and familiar to us. With such starter, tartines, chabattas, focaccia, any pies, leaven pies, and, of course, Russian loaves will become available to you!
You will need:
Honey - 7 gr.,
Water 70 gr,
whole wheat flour 35 gr.,
Whole grain rye flour 35 gr.
For feeding, you will need rye and wheat whole grain flour, as well as all-purpose wheat flour.
