Loved the scenery and enjoy the saguaro cacti. I too am always amazed of how unique each one is.

It's fun to personify some of them. There was one around our area that I always saw as the Cowardly Lion saying, "put 'em up." 😂

How beautiful. These views are so amazing. The saguaro cactus remind me of the redwoods in California. Glad I came along. Hi Amy n thanks to n Glen. Love your videos n cactus Atlas.

It's hard to get a sense of scale without being there or another angle. Sometimes the camera just doesn't do justice to size. 😄

I hiked this trail with my brother, last April. The landscape is awesome! loved all the saguaros! Lots of birds and wildflowers. Being from Minnesota, the sun's heat was very welcome. Although I did appreciate the shade on the way back out.

Oh, wow! I can imagine our Arizona sun was welcome in April if coming from Minnesota. Just don't try it come August or September here. 😂 But that's awesome! It's a great little hike in the Phoenix area if one is looking for a less popular trail with great scenery. 👍

So pleasantly surprised to see you in the Jewel-that’s practically our backyard! I’m glad you enjoyed it-your video conveys the same reverence we have for this area. We hike Spur Cross and Jewel of the Creek often, and my husband does volunteer trail work there. Sorry about your slip, Glenn! I actually broke my ankle hiking in the Jewel about 5 years ago-totally my fault for being distracted by a phone call, but those rocks are no joke. Glad you’re okay! Thanks for another great video! 👍

Thanks Glenn and Amy. Caught this one on Facebook. Looks like a hike I would love to do only look out for slippery rocks. Arizona is so beautiful.

I think Glenn said it's better going in the opposite direction on that area with the slippery rocks (stepping up rather than down). Other than that, it's a pretty easy trail. 👍

Yeah, usually once you get a little bit outside the sprawl, there are some beautiful spots with healthy looking cacti. But yeah, around town (and even ones in my yard) look a little rough after this dry summer we had.

Those saguaros are so tall, i am momentarily shocked to see how minute Glenn looks next to some of them! 😮. Great drone footage, lets us see the terrain in a whole new way. Just gorgeous, Amy and Glenn, thanks for this view of Arizona's beauty! 🌵🏜️☺️
