As a continuation of the video of Desserts for events (Part I), in this video I am going to teach you how to make desserts in cups with two more varieties. We are going to make a Sambayón cream, which you can also use to make Sambayón ice cream, and I am also going to show you a chocolate cream that does not have milk cream, super delicious and chocolatey!
Sambayón desserts are delicious, with a good flavor of marsala in the cream, you can appreciate the different textures, with the cream, the crispy top and bottom, the sponge cake, and with the center of dulce de leche. I am definitely a fan of these desserts. They are easy to make and you can consume them as frozen desserts that are also spectacular. Do you dare to make them at home?
These chocolate desserts are incredible, the flavor of the chocolate cream is intense, and it goes very well with the dulce de leche and the texture of the vanilla. The crunchy touch also goes very well with the chocolate cream. It is one of my favorites! These desserts will disappear as soon as they are put on the table! They are irresistible!

Sambayón or Sabayón Cream
6 yolks
150g sugar
125 gr Marsala/port
250 gr cream whipped to ¾ point
Chocolate cream
150 gr semi-sweet chocolate for a cup
40g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
80 g clear
160g sugar
Chocolate for decoration (baking chocolate, chocolate that does not need tempering)
Dulce de leche confectioner w/n
simple syrup (50 gr sugar in 100 gr water)
For the base: Crumble/Streussel or broken cookies
Sponge cake layer: Vanilla/Genoise or pionono
