Amazing stuff Troy! I'm going to try this one out sometime soon. Question for you guys... Have you ever used these AI driven meal plan tools? I just used one called Next Level Diet and I put in my goals then it spit out meal plans that are actually pretty good.

I've tried the bench press machine exercises with the same technique as you did in this video. OMG I felt that in my upper chest. Never felt a chest pump like that ever before. Thanks for the great content in this video. Now I'm planning to use this everytime I train my chest 😊💪😊

5 mins away from trying this workout. I don’t have a seated bench machine at home, so I’ll be modifying a bit by doing standard press and standard decline without any lockout. Started at 330 lbs two months ago. Weighed in at 263 yesterday. Got the dad bod stack from alpha lion a week ago and I’m trying to hit that next gear! Thanks Troy!

I don't doubt Charles for 1 second. I sometimes find with clients that 45 degrees is a bit too much of an incline and their shoulders will get involved too much. I like to personally go with and recommend 30 degrees, creating a slight angle with dumbbells.

One on hand it's cool to see one of those old school bodybuilders way before CrossFit and stuff was around... On the other hand it's widely known that they neglected safety and joint health back in the day. Just today at push day, I tried the guillotine press and felt an awkward pain in my front shoulder. My conclusion is that it's just not worth sacrificing my shoulder mobility in order to fill out the upper chest, and by the way: I just farted.

I'm curious what both you and Charles think about reverse grip bench press. I personally have used it but prefer it with dumbbells. I feel activation in the upper pec even when I perform it with a flat bench

Jesus Christ, Charles Glass gives some of the worst tips I’ve ever seen. Right out of the gate, going into internal rotation to hit upper chest. Come on. And That bench is angled so high he’s lighting up his front delt like a mother. This sensation based shit is so bad and has no basis in mechanics whatsoever. The upper pecs job is to adduct the arms at about 70 degrees of shoulder flexion. This was an amazing anterior delt workout Notice that when Troy mentioned people argue you can’t do certain things this way, the response wasn’t A breakdown of why they’re wrong, it was just ‘tHeY doNt kNOw How tO TraIn, sMAlL ChEst lol’. Don’t let people jacked up on PEDs and great genetics trick you into doing nonsense based on appeal to authority.

hi Troy I am following a lot of advice contained in your videos regarding executions, exercises and the "balloon" method I have a slightly lower bone and a long-limbed body but with, according to those who see me, a good potential because I have beautiful muscles and thin skin (although I am 44 years old my skin is smooth and young like that of an eighteen year old and I am totally natural). Since I adopted your methods I have made a significant leap in quality and for this I thank you very much! Above all, the pectorals and biceps have finally unlocked their potential thanks to the greater involvement of muscle fibers following your advice! I wish you a good continuation, and thank you for your work. Nicola, Italy.
