Thank you 😊 learned lot of information. Loved the way you mentioned “ Find a way to up the service first and then start investigating on the error” this strategy is really helpful as it takes off the lot of pressure and gives that extra time to work on my error.

Thanks for sharing this video! I'm currently figuring out the optimal troubleshooting approach. In reference to the OSI network model, do you prefer a bottom-up or top-down approach when troubleshooting technical issues?

Top-down. It seems like most problems happen in the upper layers, so I start there and work down.
