On something nice/square and sturdy like this, if your hands are vibrating that bad you're doing it wrong lol. @@jorrdanlease3106i use the Bosch Professional blue coated ones. Bosch owns Freud but Freud rebrand it for the american market as Diablo, so basicly same blades just different colour. I get around 4 to 7 cuts on the cadt iron and heavy duty blades while it depends on speed and cooling. If you take your time abd spray cool the blade and don't try to shorten the contact surface of the theeths it will last longer. Of course if you do stuff like this regulary in Demo than you need a plasma cutter and if you need to to cut a clean cut on construction side you need a band saw

I think the Milwaukee nitrus carbide blades have surpassed the Diablo ones for sawzall blades. (Plumber, cutting 4" cast iron pipe). For multi-tool blades, i was using the Diablo carbides to cut drywall & stucco and copper pipes. Until i tried the Milwaukee Titanium multi material. The pack of 3 seems to be on permanent sale. These blades last absurdly longer than any other brand I've tried. And when i replaced the first blade, it still had way more teeth left than any other brands top blade. I would never really have bought Milwaukee blades before. Tried them when Diablo stock was out or the sale price was too good to not try them. Don't believe me, go try 'em.

Ive never tried this brand but ive used the Diablo ones along with others. They work very well and can be used several times before they need sharpened or replaced(some are diamond and sharpening is relatively ineffective beyond adjusting the teeth). I reccomend you to get an empty 200ml vape juice bottle and fill it up with some water or oil. Then do a few squirts here and there while you're cutting. Obviously youre not going to be cutting railroad tracks or metal i beams often. For smaller applications using some lube on the metal blade makes it do wonders. This also makes the blade have a longer life cycle. Just dont use too much or too little. Youll find that sweet spot

The teeth are bent outward at alternating angles which leads to a cut wider than the thickness of the blade so as long as you maintain a straight cut most of the blade won't even come in contact you can find saw blades that use this design principle dating back several centuries

I’m needing to cut the suspension arms out of an old Lexus. I’ve cut plenty of metal and all types of tools, for this the thin sawzall let’s me in there without messing up subframes. Wondering how much pressure to use, how much speed, to get the blades to last longer? All the good blades are very expensive and I’m trying to get the best bang for my buck. I know drilling through metal needs cutting oil, lots of pressure and not too fast of drill speed, u think these things would apply for cutting with metal blades as well or should I just keep going at it like a mad man full speed high pressure?
