Dhaba Style Kaju Khoya Mutter | झटपट और आसान काजू खोया मटर की सब्जी | Chef Ajay Chopra
Kaju khoya mutter Ingredients
Cashew nuts 8-9 pcs
Oil 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Onion ½ cup
Tomato ½ cup
Coriander stem ½ tbsp
Green chilli 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch pwd 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric pwd 1 tbsp
Khoya 50 gms
Green Peas ½ cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
Souf pwd 2 tbsp
Paneer 100 gms
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Cashew paste 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts 8-9 pcs
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander for garnish
Sugar a pinch
Warm water as required
Method:
Heat a pan, add oil, jeera, chopped onions and saute it for 4-5 mins.
Add ginger & garlic paste and saute.
Then add red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd, coriander pwd, souf pwd and cook it.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute it. Add a little hot water and make a gravy.
Add some chopped green chillies, salt and cook for a while.
Add blanched matar to the gravy.
Add cashew paste, whole cashew and stir well.
Then add fresh cream, khoya and cook.
Add garam masala, kasoori methi and stir.
Add a little water, paneer and cook for a while.
Lastly add a pinch of sugar and stir it.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
