Ingredients:-
Sandwich Chutney:-
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 2 cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1 cup
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - as per taste
* Water(पानी)
* Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस) - 2 lemons
* Peanut(मूंगफली) - 2 tbsp
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Sugar(चीनी)
* Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) - 2-3 tbsp
Tomato Chutney:-
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 4
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) -1 small cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Sugar(चीनी)
* Salt(नमक)
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 pinch
* Water(पानी)
* Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस)
Restaurant Style:-
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1-1.5 cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 inch
* Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस) -2 tsp
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Curd(दही)
Masala Kitchen Special Chutney:-
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 8-10
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 inch
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 5-6
* Tamarind Pulp(इमली का पल्प) - 2-3 tbsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Sugar(चीनी)
* Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च)
* Water(पानी)
RECIPE:
1. Take some washed Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Ginger and Green Chilies. Put them in the mixer jar and put some water in it and grind it. Then put some Lemon Juice, Peanuts, Cumin Seeds, Common Salt, Black Salt, some Sugar, and some Gram Flour’s Snack in it and grind it again. In this way, Sandwich Chutney will get ready to serve.
2. Put some Tomatoes, Ginger, Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Black Salt, Sugar, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and some Water in the mixer jar. Grind them all and the Tomato and Coriander Leaves’ Chutney will get ready.
3. Take some Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Black Salt and some thick and whisked curd. Grind it and then put some more Curd and grind it again. Restaurant Style Chutney will get ready.
4. Take some Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves and grind them. Put some Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Tamarind Pulp, Salt, Black Salt, Cumin Seeds, Sugar, Red Chili Powder and some water in the mixer jar. Grind it and the very tasty Masala Kitchen Special Chutney will get ready.
