If it were not smartphone times, everyone would be having one of those in their homes.. Peace

I figured out how to do it: set the first interval for 1 minute and the second interval for the desired meditation time. Simply let the first interval tick away until there is a few seconds left and hit pause. Now your ready to start the session by releasing the pause button for the initial chime. My Enso has a minimum of 1 minute intervals, it's about 5 years old! Thanks for the idea!

Thanks for writing. Apps can be great but: the enso meditation timer is not complex and has really easy directions; if you're a "clock-watcher" you can turn off the number display and only see the enso circle being drawn on the clock to mark the passing of time. Also it's easy to do intervals in support of Metta meditation or for holding yoga poses Finally, the timer sounds REALLY, REALLY good.:-)!

I love my Enso Clock. I only wish that the chime could be heard at the beginning as well as the end of the session for group purposes. However there is no more pleasant morning alarm than this and no better traveling clock either.

@withcranes Hi! I think you can set an interval so that the chimes rings after 30 seconds (to start your meditation and then again after 30 or 40 minutes to end your meditation. Good luck!! :-)

The timer seems very nice, but I can't imagine why it would cost $108.00... I'm currently using my phone, and I guess I will continue to do so...

Wish this was still made - I've been looking for a non app timer for a long time - no one at Salubrion answers my request or others so they must be out of business. And I read that the first timer was great - subsequent ones were not. Wish I could find a good one offline.

Thanks for letting me know! I've watched the video a couple of times and notice that there are a lot more buttons and features on the timer but they aren't explained on the video. I'd like to find out more about them before they are available. thanks

Yes, great comment, thank you. If we had a better zoom lens, the tripod would be easier to use. Thanks for watching!

This device seems so complex. With everyone having a smartphone these days.. you should check out the Insight Timer App for Android and iOS. I wrote a blog article on it. Check it out!

That is NOT easy to use. Poorly done video. What is that paper in from of her? $108? No thanks. Insight Timer app free. Just use your cell phone
