On the DHL integration, is there a way to take the captured delivery/shipping status and automatically text or email the client the information of the delivery/shipping status? This might be able to cover the amount oof incoming calls to the salesperson allowing them to be more productive attracting new customers and customer sales.

Great idea! Yes, this would totally be possible via CRM workflows. You'd need an integrated SMS option, but messages could definitely be triggered automatically based on updates to this status.
