Joel, do not listen to those people saying that you need to turn your volume up or 'speak louder'. They probably need ear phones or need their ears checked. I love the way you speak and it is perfect! I am always tickled every time I hear your voice 😄 Your voice is deep but clear, so I don't know what's the problem! Everyone has a different voice, and yours is unique!

Great video, Joel. I much enjoyed it. I visited Thailand last November for the first time. Chiang Mai and surrounding areas. We went to several botanical gardens in the area, and apart from the food, the coffee, the culture, it was all of the beautiful flora that most peaked my interest. I hope to be returning in November once again, and will definitely be visiting Di Bosco. Thanks again for the introduction! 🙏😊😎

I am looking out my bedroom window and I see that my neighbor's fig tree is offering branches over the fence of the same green fig for us to enjoy when they are ripe. As I understand, the first person to cultivate figs in the central valley imported a very small wasp that is the pollinator, or else no figs. I guess they are all over the Eastern hemisphere, we got them late, but someone here came up with the Fig Newton. What a name. Great job on the video explaining their operation. Thanks.

We just had some Jack Fruit from our local Vietnamese grocery at the Eden Center in Falls Church, Virginia. They packaged the edible parts so we don’t have to deal with the husk. The Eden Center is a primarily Vietnamese shopping center, but there’s also Thai, Korean, and Taiwanese restaurants. There’s a full-size Korean supermarket there as well with products from all, over Southeast Asia. I haven’t been to Thailand, but I have visited my wife’s home country, Indonesia, twice. Love eating there.

Hey Joel, awesome video, it had me and my lady salivating. Whenever we are in Chiang Mai we take a drive to Doi Chaang coffee farm, it is a few hours drive from Chiang Mai on the way to Chiang Rai, but well worth the trip. On our last trip we had a free day after visiting Chiang Rai, so we decided to take a drive back just to have a cup or two at Doi Chaang, crazy I know but that is how much we enjoy a good cup of coffee and the temperature difference up in the montains is amazing.Stay blessed joel and love your work.
