for the steam oven, 66 mins for "steam" or "super steam"? what is the degree level? I am having the same steam oven but I don't know how to use it well. Thanks for help.

Just steam, 210 c Max. Actually just need 60 mins, but I give 6 more mins, because that steam over not like the traditional steam on wok.

我so far 做左9底,亦有觀眾跟整,水量啱到不得之了,你睇下share D post 就知呢個水量係超準確,唔會散,鹽就更搞笑,落得勁少鹽,5底糕落1茶匙😅😅😅 至於雞粉看個人,老實一粒都唔落都得,食蘿蔔鮮甜,睇你想要咩自己改,食呢個糕唔洗再用什麼豉油或醬 再講多次係水量,我做九底都絕無失敗,唔好自行減少量,一定會太硬,現在啱啱好
