Amazing. In the 4 months I've seen your channel grow, you've acquired a sizeable and loyal following, vitriolic haters with juvenile critiques, and the respect/admiration of one of your ideological heroes. You're making waves :)

Post-watch analysis: what a great conversation! Sheldrake credits you with coining a phrase - morphogenetic space - and hands you a huge compliment. Maybe one day you two will share a stage, or, dare I say, authorship on a book or paper 😮 This was a nice surprise, how did you manage to keep it a secret? Or did I miss something? Anyway this was very cool!
@Formscapes

Actually I borrowed the term "Morphological space" from Michael Levin (Which is his term for what are called "phase spaces" in dynamic systems theory). Anyway this wasn't an intentional surprise. It was just kind of spontaneous lol. Hopefully we will be able to collaborate further in the future.

Wow! So cool! You guys made my day. So nice to hear such conversation, about such vital topics, loved the feeling of genuine respect that you guys gave off. Made me feel part of society after all. To the subject of vision, and "the binding" problem, I would throw in the ideas of Wolfgang Smith, in particular his latest book "The Vertical Ascent", in which he expounds on Plato's Tripartite Cosmos model and how it helps to resolve it. (binding problem). He mentions first James Gibson, a cognitive psychologist who basically spent his life on this subject, realizing then proving that what you see is where you see it, not in your head. Wolfgang then shows how the lower corporeal world of space and time is non-locally perceived by the mind/soul/anima level of a person, this level operates in time but not space. Thus, because outside of space, is able to see what is being looked at "in place". This ties wonderfully with Leibniz and his monads, which I think of as a holographic kind of principle of all conscious beings. Our minds resolve the binding problem, which is only a problem for Science because it has thrown out mind. (Cartesian duality). Ditto the Measurement Problem: in QM: Wolfgang shows again how to resolve it by elimination of "The Bifurcation" as Whitehead called it. We truly are coming to the point where Science needs to once again take up a metaphysics. Love the "Noetic Aether" video from Formscapes.
