These look amazing. One small improvement I think would be a 31-33mm external width to match that 24mm internal. Reserve, Roval, Enve have a bigger difference between int and ext width for crosswind stability and aero drag on front wheel. These still appear to be optimised for a 28mm tyre, if they had a 31-33mm external they'd do well with a 30mm or 32mm tyre as well.

Actually, they measure to about 32.1mm in the center of the rim depth as they bulge out in the middle. It measures 30.75mm at the lip where it meets the tires. 28mm GP5k will be flush with the rim lip but the 32.1 center bulge brings it very close to the magical 105.

why everything you try to sell is sooooo expensive... 17000 may not be much for you and your friends, but for a regular cyclist with a regular salary, it is A LOT! Come on!

1700 is the price of the product, these are wheels, im not trying to sell them I am showing people wheels on the makret that are great value for that price point, something can still be ocnsidered a good value at a high price point

They are not. You can just look for a version with standard bearings - it's only 50g heavier, but 400 USD less

@GCPerformance18 it's a shame they want to take the choice away and only sell the more expensive heavier options. They want you to pay the same as a family car for a bike these days and the majority of cyclists are accepting it.

@@GCPerformance18 it's a new rim profile, untested. But here you are saying they "top everything in the market". You don't know how it performs in real life. Totally untested. Regardless, the shill definition comes from the company you keep online. Not me. Might want to ponder that. This really does come across as an advert for Farsports.

I have 2 sets of BOYD Altamont aluminum wheels with ONYX Vesper Hubs and steel spokes that are far better than those wheels. I built them myself that's how I know. Mine are totally silent and the rear hub has instant engagement. I have no use for China direct except for the TPU tubes.

I 100% don’t buy that reported weight. I cannot see, at all, that it’s true. I’ve now built about six SL8s, and the lightest I’ve seen is 7.0kg, and that had Roval CLX 32s, and completely blinged out (£14500 uk). These Farsports might be a little lighter, but not 700g lighter! Your scales are deliberately skewed imho Edit 1: Pogacar blings out his bike and can only get it to about 7kg Edit 2: If this weight is real you’re stating that you can get a 1500g steel frame bike to weigh about 7kg. Absolutely no chance. Given the frame and fork weight of roughly 1150g, that means your kit weighs only 5.2kg
