I had to make sure I didn’t have my playback speed at 2X! 😂

Is it real time or did they speed the video up? They speak so fast it looks like the pod was going to long and they had to short it 😅

@@AERrJORDAN Maybe there was an issue on the output. Try lowering the speed with youtube & I'll correct the issue in the future

To my ear it doesn't sound fast, it sounds over compressed. Which is what's happening when you 2x a video.

This is what the Rockets need. Another player who can create his own shot. Someone who can breakdown the defense similar to KPJ and JG.

The Rockets media and fans are over looking that the Rockets are a team full of players who have issues with their handles…they are near the bottom when it comes to isolation plays. JG is the only player on the team that is capable of breaking defenses down with his handles…although not at a high usage rate. Sengun is the second best isolation player on the team which doesn’t bold well. Bringing in AJ adds another element of a player with handles who can break down the defense, and also can shoot. At this point…AJ is the best addition the Rockets have made this off-season.

Thank you for this assessment. Many fans don’t understand shot creation and what it consists of. Exactly KPJ was the other shot creator and best shooter we had prior to his issue. During April when people say Jalen declined it was large due to the lack of another shot creator and defenses doubling. With another creator this would have been offset. We didn’t have another creator with ALP not in the post. So when people make comments based on stats. Very misleading and one sided.

@@user-kh6vk2ur3c But I will say if JG wants to be an elite player getting elite money…he has to be able to consistently beat double teams. Especially having multiple 3&D players on the court (like Jabari and Brooks) who opposing defenses don’t have to focus on.

It’s at least an asset of a contract for possible trades over the next year. Obviously, one hopes he can be coached up into the good player his potential has previously suggested. But either way this can really help us and doesn’t really hurt us.

I think Stone got AJ as an additional trade chip for going after Booker.

Smh. This guy was a top 5 rated pick. This isn’t a trade chip. He will be a player.

@@user-kh6vk2ur3c This will all depend on what Udoka thinks...he can shoot, but so far his D has been poor. If he can help get Booker who can shoot and defend, then I would think the Rockets got him as a trade piece to add to JG. Two excellent young players + all their picks back is a good offer for Booker. I think the Suns would be smart to move KD to OKC for a bunch of picks and Booker to Houston will set them up for a much longer run at the title. Stone is a very calculated GM...if not, then the Rockets' control over the Sun's picks through 2029 and the Net's swap in 2027 will serve them well. We will see soon enough.

Good pod Robert. thanks for bringing in Brice with a view from the Hawks. I think AJ is a steal. compared to what we could get at #44 it's a no brainer. It was my desire that the Rockets stay on course with this young team at the begining of the off season and that is exactly what they have done. the trade they did with Brooklyn increased our draft capital and the 2 new players address some of our shooting woes and fit our timeline perfectly. Stone has delivered the Goods and now stand back and watch Udoka go to work. we will not only surprize the league, we are like a brewing thunder storm
