For the record, she doesn't get "cast as the leading lady in romcoms at nearly 60." As producer of her own movies she simply casts herself. It's been like that for quite a while now. To be honest, I don't know who in their right mind would cast her nowadays, even if she made herself available. But as a terrific business woman, my hat off to her.

She's a great example of how far diligent care can take you, with only little tweaks here and there to fix bits that great maintenance can't prevent. My mother is her age, and always stayed out of the sun and has taken care of her skin in general. No forehead wrinkling at all, and she's never had any procedures! It's crazy how much can be done even when cosmetic procedures aren't in the cards.

She is a great example of rare, amazing genetics. It is extremely unusual at the age of 60 to not have laxity in the lower face and neck. YOU SAY THIS ONLY B/C YOU LIKE HER. STOP CONFLATING PERSONALITY FOR OTHER THINGS THAT ARE NOT RELATED! Anyone w/ a nuanced ability to see beyond the surface can see truth; otherwise, we lie to ourselves and then pass on that lie to others too when we say silly things like this. Remove the blinders you culty fans wear when you look at anything to do w/ SB. No one ever criticizes her ever - despite the topic - b/c of her cult of personality that you were distracted by instead of seeing the truth.

@kaitlynkarol4600
2 жыл бұрын
@@TheSwauzz - I think I made that clear in my above comment. She never gets called out for anything she does that is phony or disingenuous or wrong or whatever it may be. This subject is on plastic surgery - did she or didn't she, etc....and every beautiful and young-looking celeb out there gets raked over the coals for the least little thing - see the recent criticisms of Madison Beer just for getting some lip filler: she's phony and a liar for not admitting she did this! Everyone says celebs are liars and phony for not telling their fans they get 'work done' b/c they complain that it's not good to have such high & unrealistic beauty standards that little girls can't live up to, etc, yet SB is allowed to be the ONLY celeb who can maintain her privacy and not admit to any of this and all her procedures or surgeries are so lovely and she looks 30 or younger these fools say...what? I know she still looks young for 57 but get a grip on reality folks! It's obvious she had lips filled w/ before and after pics and all the rest too, but no one will ever offer her any constructive criticisms b/c they let her charm captivate them to the point of not seeing past it. It's a cult of personality and even other ppl who have good personalities too - Madiosn Beer is a sweetheart too but she is torn limb to limb for little tiny nothing-burgers. SB has always escaped criticism or being 'canceled' - the media protect her, the fans defend her or make excuses for her and she's not 'all that'. If she had talent, it would be more understandable.. No, she can't act - she is a performer, not an actress & even she has admitted this in past yet won an Oscar she didn't deserve b/c she won due to popularity, not talent. She has a lot of false modesty, (I've seen tons of interviews to prove that) and she just keeps lying about so many other things - if you follow her interviews, you would know. Yet she smiles and laughs w/ a good little joke, and all is forgiven. Charm like this is a cover-up to compensate for the lack of honesty, talent and so much more. So what is she hiding? I am 100% convinced she is hiding something very big, very bad, b/c if not, why does she go out of her way to be the sunshine girl? Don't get me wrong - some of her charm is real and I believe is nice when we see ppl w/infectious smiles that brighten up the room but she goes way overboard w/ it and the fans respond w/ same exaggeration as if she were the queen of not just H-wood but the world. She virtue signals all the time, she likes to show off with such arrogance but it is hidden behind the charm and most ppl are too blind to see it but I can see right through it. If you want a genuine, down-to-earth charming girl-next-door (as much as I hate that over-used phrase), Jennifer Garner is the one that stands head and shoulders above SB yet no one gives her that kind of credit or praise. But SB has a little secret weapon in her arsenal: A great deceptive publicist who has genius marketing skills & has taught ppl to love her like there's no one else out there. Disgusting and dishonest all this stuff she does and gets away with. She needs to retire already - she's been over like 20 yrs ago but we still have to watch all the subterfuge.

The problem is old stars taking roles which should be going to young actors. Hollywood has been stale for decades. It's always the same faces, always the same names. So you get these people cast (for xyz reasons) in roles which are no longer suitable for people of their age group & they attempt to 'cheat' via plastic surgery.

Let's be honest: it's b/c you like her that you have this view. If she wasn't so charming or popular you prob would not hold this view. SO many ppl conflate physical beauty w/ inner beauty and since SB is so common looking as in a 'plain beauty' which is hard to explain b/c she's attractive I think, but not stunning or sexy/ gorgeous. She also looks manly - big face, big veins popping through her arms - Adam's apple shows up too...not very fem looking....so unless you think women should be 'handsome', then fine as that may be your thing. She's also not very intimidating though, is she? She doesn't make you nervous when she walks by - there is no vibe of excitement that she carries in the seductive sense or in an alluring way. A femme fatale she is not. And b/c of this less threatening look, many feel comfortable to say how 'gorgeous' she is b/c her standards of looks are easier to identify with or maybe to aspire to become from their even lower level of common, ordinary looks vs other women who really are stunning but your jealousy of them won't let you express that view - at least not publically. So you keep the real opinion to yourself by belittling or under-valuing the real stunners and then over-compensate for that discrepancy by gushing with strong words like 'gorgeous' about a plain Jane, which is kind of strange and maybe a little disingenuous... So, come on, can't you see what an over-statement that is to call SB 'soooo gorgeous'? It's pretty blown up to take it that far. Most ppl see how someone is good-looking but it's the degree of beauty that is the TRUE standard of how 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. SO we should prob say, 'the DEGREE of beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. And most ppl exaggerate their degrees, as math like this is figured by our own identity's security or lack of it b/c one of those deeper FACTS about our own self-worth is what forms the actual opinion. Most female beauty beholders are biased and insecure, projecting their opinions from a lack of self-confidence and thus, a lack of self-awareness. Also, the male beholder has similar views. Most men these days are too insecure to approach a super stunner due to fear of rejection so they too would rather pursue a less threatening woman. It's a trust issue too bc most men believe stunners will cheat on them but super nice girl-next door types will stay loyal.... This is why so many fools took Jennifer Anistons's part when Brad left her for Jolie. This really is the psychology of beauty 'standards'! This is why so many women say Anglenia Jolie or Kendall Jenner, for example, are just 'ok' and that Sandra B is 'gorgeous'....think about how upside-down this is! Jealousy and comfort are two ways most ppl measure this w/ their very under-developed tastes and unfair/ unbalanced beauty barometers. Not an insult - just food for thought in general.

My girl Sandy also has good genes, which helps immensely. :-) She's my favorite actor! I was a little sad to see her in publicity for her latest movie with Channing Tatum. She has much less facial movement in the middle, and cheeks especially. It looks weird when she laughs now.

Don't you think you should be paying attention to her lack of deep talent vs her lack of deeper facial muscle movement? Her talent muscles are pretty weak as she is a movie star-performer only and not a real 'actress'. Pls learn the diff if you don't know this.

It's great she waited so long before touching her face. So many start so young. Maybe because of the roles she takes? She doesn't really play the hot girl or market to male audiences. She's usually the slightly prettier relatable character.

Yeah, also I feel like she's a classic beauty like Jennifer Aniston, both cuties. The last movie she was in, I'm blanking. Oceans 13 or something? I felt like she was the badass hot chick. She looks great

There's a difference between touching up your face when you're young to modify your features and doing it later on only to repair the damages caused by aging. So, there is no point to be made about "good for her for waiting until she's older," because the motivations driving younger people and older people are very different Younger people seek to modify; older people seek to restore.

Does it matter if she did? She is fortunate to have great bone structure which is always a plus. She makes her living in front of the camera so why wouldn't she enhance her features if it was necessary. She looks amazing.

6:00 I'm not convinced that this isn't due to a natural fluctuation in body weight, esp due to her age at the time (vis a vis premenopause)

She had a rhinoplasty early in her career and likely some kind of revision later. Her use of fillers and Botox isn’t excessive. I hate lip filler because it’s usually very obvious and unnatural looking. She looks nice.

there's no evidence of a rhinoplasty, she still has the hump near the key, the tip of her nose has the same Hallmark cartilage shape, and her profile has not changed in 3 to 4 decades. get a grip

I went to high school with her. Her nose definitely looked like that in 1981-82. If she had rhinoplasty it was very subtle.

Love you, Dr. Gary! This has nothing to do with this video, lol, but i need your help. Please settle this debate. I got a patient from the ER to the ICU with Ludwig's. I couldn't get any surgeon to see this dude! ENT refused saying it was an OMFS problem. OMFS refused saying it was an ENT problem. Meanwhile, this dude's airway is rapidly deteriorating. So, I called a code for intubation. The ER doc got pissed at me, saying the specialist should be doing this, and the intubation was too difficult for him! AHHHHHHHHH! I was a flight nurse for 15 years, so I was ALMOST ready to intubate the patient my damn self, but i would have gotten in major trouble for that. What a CLUSTER. I ran across the hall to the OR and grabbed an anesthesiologist to intubate, thank God. (My intensivist was dealing with a level 1 trauma we just got from the ER, so he couldn't immediately help me.) WHO IS THE APPROPRIATE SPECIALIST FOR LUDWIG ANGINA?!

@@rosmarbal he is also an Otolaryngologist/Head & Neck Specialist. I was not asking for legal medical advice. Simply who treats the condition listed above. It's a simple answer. Kind of like who take care of a fractured hip? An orthopedic surgeon, or a neurosurgeon? Simple really. I was just illustrating the scenario in which I was dealt.

it was from day one clear to me that she has a facelift without knowing she had one, particularly her nose. She is of course an attractive woman. But her personality is that makes her appealing. The combination, facelift and her personality that makes really her very attractive. Every time I see a photo or see a film she is in, always, my first thought is facelift. But I think it is mostly her nose.
