Love your ideas of using what you have and not wasting food. I live in Hawaii so sometimes I add bits of pineapple to my cold slaw..even canned pineapple is good. People don’t always think about how you can put together a meal without wasting but with prices soaring and our environment concerns it’s good to see someone like you doing so well! Gambate!
Love the coleslaw. I am from the US Virgin Islands and we make our coleslaw the same way but you can also reduce the sugar and add raisins for the sweetness.
