Here is my recipe to Mexican clam cocktail. Hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Pico de gallo
-1/4, medium red onion
-1, garlic glove
-1/4 cup cilantro
-1 Jalapeño
-1/2 lime (juiced)
-5, Roma Tomatoes
-Salt to taste
Cocktail
-20 clams, cleaned and chopped
-1/2 of an English Cucumber
-6 heaping Tbsp of Pico de gallo
-12 oz spicy V8
-8 oz of Clamato. Enough to submerge everything
-1 Tbsp of Tajin
-2 Tbsp of ketchup
-1 Avocado
- Cholula Hot Sauce to Taste
-Salt to taste
Serve with corn chips or Saltine crackers
