Sir, mai apka bahot bada fan ho gaya hu. Apke video dekhkar mai 90% thik ho gaya hu. Muze bahot jyada fear anxiety hota tha muze nahi pata apka video you tube par kaha se aya but maine dekha aur apka bahumulya guidance follow kiya. Aur uksa fayada muze hua. Pichale 3 mahine se mai apke video dekhar bahot jyada relax kar raha hu. Thanks Dr sir..

Sir please please make exam related anxiety hyper thinking issues and exam phobia and related overthinking of the carrier and how can we improve our concentration of study and remember and all ... The anxiety, overthinking, and fear levels is so high before the exam that we can not perform very well our ability, capabilities, calibre, intellect. such like feels ultimately we decided endday that we will not take the exam. Puri life aek Exam he to ye sab 60ti moti Exams me Bina stress liye apna 100% do jyada se jyada kya hoga anxiety aayegi koi marne vale to he nahi...result upervale par 6od do..Aapke hath me sirf apna karm he..aur breathing par focus karte raho...Exam ke 10 min pahele bhi deep breathing karna.
