😀First of all, you must remember that when singing such difficult songs, with a wide range, exerting all the muscles (spine, abdomen, legs, arms, diaphragm) you cannot dance intensely at the same time. Dimash has to spread his strength for the entire concert. Moreover, in order to sing this way, he also needs to exercise a lot, run, swim, and practice his voice several hours a day. Dimash chose singing, and dancing is only a small addition. As a perfectionist, he would definitely strive for the perfect dance, and for this you also need to have time for training. Bands that dance hard usually don't sing live, which is not a bad thing. The microphones that are used when the singer is dancing are completely unsuitable for the songs sung by Dimash. They wouldn't pick up all the sounds, they vibrate when they move, etc. But to console you, I can tell you that during his concerts Dimash moves intensively, runs, dances a little, is extremely dynamic. The effort put into such songs is really huge, and in addition Dimash's temperament is so big that you can understand why he has to change costumes several times.

You mentioned that this was the first time you’ve reacted to one of Dimash’s own songs. I noticed that you reacted to El Amor En Ti. Dimash composed that song at the request of his Spanish speaking Dears. Watch the “When I’ve Got You” MV and Omir (MV or Live version with his brother, Mansur). Dimash composed those songs and you can see how diverse and creative his compositions are.

👉 Wow, this is Popera at its best!!! “Dimash Qudaibergen has repeatedly said that music has no borders, nationalities and distances.” (DimashNews) How can you not fall in love with Dimash when he is a good “bad boy”, of course without socks, in (devilish) red and with sensual movements that make the girls dance for him like on strings (like in the performance video) ... and that voice! It gets into you and you become addicted and just want more Dimash. The song premiere took place on December 23, 2023 at Dimash's STRANGER concert in Hong Kong. * Smoke - kzitem.info/news/bejne/k52wqYOhm5WUaWk (fan video at concert) * Smoke - kzitem.info/news/bejne/lIuYxWeFgmSWfH4 (performance video) * Smoke - kzitem.info/news/bejne/mXedqqOFo3SWopg(official Music Video) Excerpts from the DimashNews (DN) interview with music producer Dmytro Gordon (DG): DN: Dmytro, for 8 years you have been working alongside Walter Afanasieff in his company WallyWorld as a lead orchestrator and arranger, and you both have also written music for films. (Dimash's friend and world-famous American music producer Walter Afanassieff plays a small role in the video: He wears a checked blue shirt over a white shirt, baseball cap and sunglasses and is one of the gangsters who drive up in the car and bring the drugs.) What are the similarities and differences between producing music for renowned artists in the US and working with Dimash? DG: „I would say that Dimash is much more open to experimentation than any other artist I have had the pleasure of working with so far. When it comes to an established artist with an existing fan base, they and their label are usually very cautious about trying new styles, new vocal techniques or anything that might confuse or alienate their core audience. And that makes sense, but the catch is that after a while their repertoire stagnates. Dimash is the bravest artist I know to date: he deeply respects and cares about his dears, but he's not afraid to try new things, which he proves time and time again, including his latest releases. On a personal level, our collaboration has also evolved into a friendship, for which I'm forever grateful. It's much more authentic and fun to make music as friends, rather than just as collaborators. Ask the Beatles. SMOKE... is completely modern, even experimental in certain aspects. Yes, it has an operatic vocalise in the choruses, but the context in which we hear it makes it impossible to pigeonhole it into a genre. It's also minimalist and open when it comes to the vocal melodies, harmonic content and instrumental textures (though it's not easy, and Dimash's unique vocal skills still shine through). Every musical decision in Smoke is super precise: take one thing away, and the song falls apart. Add another element - and it becomes oversaturated. That's how I would describe it. ... It's such a joy and an incredible privilege to work with Dimash, who I truly consider to be one of the best musicians in human history. And then to receive all the love and gratitude from his fan base just feels heavenly. I'm so grateful to everyone who supported these new releases and who took the risk with us to open their hearts and ears to the new, unknown sides of Dimash. As for the new works - I don't want to spoil any surprises yet. But to quote a classic: «Soon!» COMPOSER: Dimash Qudaibergen LYRICS: Candice Kelly, Dmytro Gordon PRODUCERS: Dimash Qudaibergen, Dmytro Gordon DOMBRA: Dimash Qudaibergen MIXER: Mike Horner MASTERED BY: Dick Beetham PUBLISHER: DimashAli Creative Center LLP (You can read the whole article on DimashNews)
