Dip Falls is distinctive basalt-column waterfall in north west Tasmania which is spectacular after rain. It's tucked away up a dead-end track (I discovered after having to make a 17 point turn on a VERY narrow track in a non 4X4 vehicle)! Dip Falls is situated in a remote region of North-West Tasmania in the Dip River Forest Reserve, along the Dip River. Access to the waterfall is mostly sealed road from the Bass Highway, turning southwards along country roads, with the last few kilometres of unsealed track.
