Hello friends! Today I made an incredibly simple and delicious recipe for butter rolls. The dough turned out like a cloud! This is the most delicious pastry I have ever tasted! Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 250 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
2. Mix with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 600-630 g (add in parts)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Be sure to watch the video to the end, I will show you something interesting
6. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how beautiful it is
11. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Place each ball on baking paper
14. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes
15. Take a dough ball, turn it over and press it on top
16. We make very beautiful oval buns
17. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
18. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
19. While the dough is maturing, we prepare a very tasty cream
- Milk 400 ml
20. Heat the milk
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
- Cornstarch 4 tbsp.
- Egg 2 pcs.
21. Stir with a whisk
22. Pour in hot milk at 55-60°C (130-140°F).
23. Stir again and cook until it boils.
24. Stir constantly with a whisk to avoid lumps.
25. The consistency of the cream should be the same as in the video, there is no need to make it thicker
- Butter 50 g (2.5 tbsp)
26. Stir until the butter is completely dissolved
27. Cover with foil and let cool
28. The cream has cooled, pour it into a piping bag
29. The buns are puffed up, what beauty!
30. Make cuts, repeat after me
- Peach jam 8 tsp.
31. Spread peach jam
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
32. Lubricate with a brush
33. Squeeze the cream like in the video

35. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 24-26 minutes
