Disc Golf Disc Dyes Dyes: Not Quite A Total Fail
Dying Disc Golf Discs has quickly become something that I just love to do. I can get a bit lost in it, actually. I got some new Pro-Chem dyes recently and Tim was nice enough to give me a couple of discs he had to play with the colors and see what kind of results I could get. So I set up the camera and proceed. First disc, everything goes smoothly. Second disc? Eh... I can do better. Not only do I rotate the pan on an apparently unlevel table (more like the floor), I shut off the camera for a moment so I could step away and forgot to turn it back on. I could normally work with that, except that I missed a great blooper moment! Super Lame! The disc popped off of my fingertips on my right hand as I was positioning it over the glue bed. I panicked and almost pulled it out. At that point I realized it was in there, I might as well just go with it. Frustrating as all get out, let me tell you. I will say its got some sick swirls going on and hit it with that black light and DAMN!
I told Tim the double dipped spot is where he's supposed to grip it. I don't know, it sounded good at the time. Good Grief.
