Exactly! Honey contains natural sugars like fructose but also has plenty of vitamins and antioxidants. When consumed in moderation, it generally doesn't spike blood sugar levels like refined sugars do. Thanks for pointing that out!

I'm not a doctor - but I would suggest you find a second opinion - if your doctor isn't internal medicine or maybe functional medicine, esp. Again, I'm not a doctor, but if any doctor or medicine results in a don't drink 8 cups of water, I would want to know 'what can I do to change that now!' I'm not 74 yet, so please excuse my rashness. I would try saw palmetto, start at one pill a night, keep eyes open for (1) any irritation, (2) any improvement in urinary flow and symptoms. If no problem with (1), and if (2) is not much, I'd go to two, and then three. Maybe up to four some days, three other days. without the medicine. Again, this isn't medical advice. But your brain and cells need water.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important to follow your doctor's advice, especially with prostate issues. Staying active and doing Kegel exercises can definitely help. Have you found any particular exercises or routines that work well for you?
