the part that impacted me the most is Sophia emphasizing the time aspect. I am only in this body temporarily, if I have months, 5, 10 ,15, 80 years ahead of me left. I don't want to spend a second longer, hiding or lying to myself about anything. I am tired of worrying. I want to try and feel, I want to dare to push.

I love Sophia. She was someone I found on KZitem at the beginning of my plant based eating journey a year ago thankfully. I feel the same as her. When someone says oh yum a burger and then sees a hurt animal on the side of the road and is mortified I realize they just don’t know and haven’t made the connection and try to come from that place of understanding. Thank you for bringing these guests on 🙏🏻

It's interesting when we learn to separate ourselves from your bodies but still be in tune with it. It's beautiful when she mentions that our bodies are just vehicles to help us experience this life. We're extremely lucky if we have a fully functional body. When we meet others who can see us for other than our bodies, that's true connection and true love. It far outweighs the feeling of attention from people who just look at us because we might be what they think is attractive at the moment.

Just as what was said in this podcast, just watching the real interaction and connection was incredibly inspiring. This may be one of the most powerful and true to our times podcast that I have watched in a while.

Just as you both mention, just by listening to this conversation I’m feeling less alone in my experience and a sense of hope that there’s so many like just like me. It left me looking forward to the little moments of interactions with all walks of life and opportunities to look into the eyes of others and further translate this forward :) thank you ❤

I resonated a lot with this episode. I am currently in recovery from a decade long eating disorder so her message about authenticity and feeling over physical appearance and that chameleon mask was just so powerful. Thank you Sophia for being that esperanza or hope :D.

“You are both the symbol and the meaning” Giiiiiiiiiiirl. Andre, thank you so much for interviewing her- even with how incredible her content is, it doesn’t do her depth justice. Grateful to experience it in this way 🙏🏻🤍

So first of all everything in this is actually exactly what I needed to hear for my experience right now and it’s funny because my intuition kept saying to watch this one and so I finally did. This was just so beautiful and so so very relatable and just literally affirming everything I’ve just been talking about with myself. Thank you so much, so much love.

When I met my now-husband on holiday in Italy around 2007, he talked about that movie during our first date and asked me if America was really like that 😂 I hadn't seen it at the time but years later, we watched it together. It's so dumb but it's satire that seems to be coming true.

@@coolbreeze5683 👌😂 so funny that he asked about the movie as soon as he got the chance to talk to a real american gal 😂 Btw ☺️ you and me got something in common: last year fell madly in love in italy during holidays! - you married the man you fell in love with in Italy? You are living my dream girl!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Its funny, cuz' i saw on Sky Life A man going from being poor to financially free, by becoming a model as well.. Dont think we can put things into boxes. I havent seen the video. But we dont have to do anything we dont want to. If its not meeting our terms, we can find something else. She can still be a model, if she wants to. As an example for a vegan company or whatever 🥴 The outside has always been trying to say what we should do and not do. But the outside dont hold any power, other than we give it.

😂everyone is a model now days. Or trying to be something on social media. Lord help us. No one is getting an education and becoming useful in this word. Than the same people complain when there is no doctor to see them when they need to see one. 😂😂
