I saw others mention it as well but the choreo coming out of the bridge in Over the Sky is Sign Language that they included in the choreo. Regarding the comments you read on the Piri video, the thing you have to remember with DC music and videos is that there's always multiple levels to what they're talking about. The whole Nightmare series has a lot of themes around internal conflict. Pushing back against societal norms, trying to find your place in the world, dealing with feelings of depression and loss, and even what you read about. Piri specifically talks about being in a crisis and needing someone to sound the alarm because they're at the end of their rope. This also ties into the whole nightmare story though because the members are all lost and looking foreach other and need someone to sound an alarm so they can find each other. As for the storyline stuff, they do find each other in Piri, but they're still stuck. Piri feels to me like they're starting to realize what's got them trapped and attempt to face those fears but run away. Breaking Out is the final part of the Nightmare series, per Sua, and will wrap things up. As for the album tied to Breaking out, there are a few Japanese songs that are unique to the album, though most of the album is just Japanese versions of their Korean Title tracks up to this point. On the album "The Beginning of the End" you'll have the following unique songs to listen to. Intro Breaking Out My Way I Miss You Outro They are very good at turning on the stage presence and appearing very intimidating, while also being complete dorks behind the scenes.

"Piri" is the last part of the Nightmare Arc (their Japanese release "Breaking out" can be seen as an alternative ending). In "What", the girls have been searching for Yoohyeon, and here they find each other again, but in the end they are all stuck in the white dimension. A Piri is a Korean flute that was used historically to signal danger, and that is what Yoohyeon does here when the members arrive. She is the one capturing them one by one, to rescue them and bring them to safety. They are together in the end, but still stuck. Dreamcatcher don't do happy endings. 😉

The follow up to Piri is Breaking Out, their Japanese language release. Sua said it was the final part of the Nightmare story arc so I'm good with that. The basic image in Piri is the piri, a double reed bamboo flute which originated in northern China. The Korean mythology behind the piri is that it's sound will wake you from even the deepest dream. This is quite similar to the idea behind the odd eye used in their song Odd Eye. Someone with an odd eye can see through all lies and illusions, just like the piri can wake you from the illusions woven by dreams. These two ideas can be applied to most forms of human conflict and suffering. Dreamcatcher leave everything open to interpretation so each person who hears the song and sees the MV can take from it what resonates with their own life experiences. That is the genius of their composers, that everyone can find something in the music they can relate to. This can be frustrating for English speakers because English is a very concrete language that seeks to explain everything in great detail. Korean is a very poetic language which deals with reality using imagery that evokes emotions that defy description. The meaning of the song is how you feel at the end. With Piri, not so good. They're still trapped in darkness.

The backstory for Over The Sky: This was shot on a beautiful Spring day in May. The girls went to the park and walked freely around while shooting a Dreamcatcher Note. This was way before they were.. cough... well known in Korea, so nobody interfered with them or gave them much attention (they also did this in Paris and other cities they visited later and shot special clips). Also, we have a lot of famous funny clips from this day, that became famous because of Insomnicsy. On this same day, they eventually shot the MV for this beautiful fan song, their second after Full Moon. Dreamcatcher and parks go well together (see their 2018 What Makes You Beautiful, One Direction cover)

Over The Sky - I don't think it was that warm, as the trees didn't have leaves. Piri - A Piri is a Korean flute, used to signal danger. (neither the horn thing in the beginning nor the horn sound or whistle/flute in the song is a Piri though). - Yes, they are each in their own nightmarish situation. And it is indeed believed Yoohyeon found and blew a piri to signal and find the other members. - In the end they found each other, but are still stuck in a nightmare. And There Was No One Left - The most interesting and intimidating couch you'll ever see 😅 - Dami is sometimes a little embarrassed to do that "uhh" part 😊

In the Piri, members are finally together but they can not escape the nightmare(or became a nightmare itself). There is an alternate (or the real end) of the nightmare series which is Breaking out, their first japanese release. Don't worry about your vid on breaking being shut down due to copy right cuz the japanese labe no longer work with Dreamcatcher. So it has been fine to lots of other reactors

Dreamcatcher Over the Sky was filmed on April 19, 2019. At this point it is spring in Korea and it is not very hot. And there is a V live video before filming. kzitem.info/news/bejne/t6St0mxprnekdmksi=108dAo4gB01K2sWI
