Respectfully, isn't there a problem with inward-looking individualistic humanism in the form of relativism, that everyone's moral compass may differ and the 'truthful' 'factual' stories on which individuals base knowledge are still external? There seems to be a significant difference between individually navigated mindfulness found in Western predominantly first world countries tries and community oriented third-world countries. While your advice to mindfully reflect is of course sage and wise, the lens remains individualistic and relativistic. This is not a criticism, just an observation.
