Hey Prof Brehm, I really enjoy your short, concise and easily understandable videos while self-learning mathematics. Id have one question though: Often times it confuses me when objects like {1,2,4,8,...} are called a "series", because isnt it just an ordered set for which the property of the set is that the members are of the form 2^n ? So for me the definitions ordered set or sequence would make sense, but it is not a series in that way because a series is the sum of a sequence?

hello, one question, why is it (1-x)^2(1-3x) instead of (1-x)(1-x)^2(1-3x)?
