As we continue to feel the growing effects of our changing climate, it is important to consider the health effects that Nebraskans will be dealing with in the coming years.
Dr. Joseph Fauver, Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology at UNMC, will discuss the growing concerns over a variety of diseases such as Lyme and West Nile. Topics of discussion include why these diseases are occurring more frequently, the risks they pose, and what can be done to reduce said risks.
