How comes after I watch a few hours of KZitem on the hopper it will cut the audio. Or we'll have an error and tell me I can't watch the video. I'd spend 20 hours on your KZitem app if it worked constantly. But I have to wait several hours for it to start to working again.

Dish Anywhere worked perfect when streaming from iPhone 13 via lightning cable with HDMI adapter to TV. Once upgrading to iOS 16 audio has been blocked. I have literally researched this everywhere, has anyone found a solution? The only app affected by iOS 16 with audio blocking was DISH Anywhere.

I have Netflix and prime on my hopper and the apps do come up with picture but I have no volume. I was told by dish tech support to call Netflix and prime for resolution. I don’t get it, why have the apps on dish if you will not support them.

Kaden OGT 07 I doubt it if I'm correct but on mine I set up apps with my remotel that's for my tv. That's if you're talkin about Netflix HBO Prime videos Vue KZitem Roku Etc is that what you're talkin about? Because that's mine. Dish sucks, I can't seem to take care of much with remote or anyting besides very basic settings. And it's pissing me off! Since things are going wrong with Dish and things that are just changing and setting stopping but I can't take care of it unless you call there and as far as getting someone out to the house they don't know what they're doing so they just put in a new box

Brandy Anglin Try doing it with the remote that goes with your television set that's if you have a newer set Maybe. Because on my dish it gives no option to set up any apps. So anyway that's how I set up apps at friends house .... if this is what you're talkin about. Good luck

Hello, Paul. Magnification enlarges the size of text presented on the screen to help you read the Guide or menus. Select Magnification to enable or disable the setting. The screen will zoom in when the setting is enabled.

How come when I'm watching Smart TV like some of the movie channels then in the bedrooms when you go to change the channel the screen goes completely black you have to reset the box when the box is resetting it will say looking for the hopper does the same when I to the PlayStation it makes the channels freeze up in the bedrooms and you have to reset it please help me what's the cause how do I fix it thank you

What happens is if I put the PlayStation on and my grandson plays games then the TVs in the bedroom freeze up and you can't change the the channels you have to go out in the living room and reset it and when it's resetting the two messages that come up once says broadband then it goes off and then another one comes on it says looking for the hopper and in about 5 minutes it'll come back on everything will work fine for about a half an hour you can change the channels and get different and then it will freeze up again and then you have to do all over so we just leave it on one channel and just watch that it's kind of annoying but thank you for your help

Hey, Jose! At this time, we don't have a way for our customers to add Apps to the DISH receivers. Only the preset Apps already on the receivers are available for access. If your Hopper doesn't come with the KZitem App, you will want to use a different streaming device or a smart TV to access KZitem. Or, we can take a look at your account to look into upgrading your equipment to a Hopper that includes the App. If you would like to check out upgrade options, please send us a private message to our Facebook or Twitter account, so we can access your account. How come I can't get prime video or KZitem on my Hopper, tv2? How annoying, sometimes I like to watch TV laying in bed. I got it working yesterday for about 30 seconds with my fire TV and then it just turned off WTF. As soon as our contracts up we're switching to Comcast!

Our Accessibility Settings are available through our Hopper family receivers which can be controlled by a few remote models. If you have our 40.0 DISH Hopper remote model and would like to access our Accessibility Settings, please press the MENU button once to open the Menu. That sounds really frustrating, Kolton! Do you have any issues when going through the Wireless Setup options? If you've gone through the wireless setup options, please press the Sys Info button on the front of the Hopper, and go to Status on the left, then Check Status on the right and let us know what it shows the Internet as downloading at, in field B.

I got a service for my laptop only but I am paying for the bundle because no other way to get it. But I did not set up television to it because I got you on my sister,s account. It her property television in her living room we had youtube. But not today or yesterday. I try emails ,phones. no one realizes just put it as was before September so we can change channel to youtube to see it on her property.
