Oh my god! This is perhaps the best use of lighting I have seen in the game! Well done Sir
@BradHamiltonVideo

Thanks - I find I get a good effect of ambient lighting (either sunlight or moonlight) by using the flood lights with very low brightness. I was even happier with how the effect turned out in my prior GATTACA ride here - see 3:42 on this video:kzitem.info/news/bejne/wI59vaRqjah_am0

Bravo! You did an excellent job re-creating the Dishonored world, the clockwork soldiers are especially well done.

Thanks - I saw your original comment saying that it was too clean. You are right. :) I tried to add trash and dirt to the ride part, and the line, but it simply proved too much work to dirty up the entire "edge of the world" area.
@Kaneanite

Yeah, after I thought about it Dishonored 2 is much cleaner than Dishonored that's why removed that part. Dishonored 2 is more cluttered than dirty, if you know what I mean.

Holy damn. I am a BIG fan of the Dishonored games, and what you have built here is just stunning! You recognize the lvlvs. Not only the feel of Karnacka, but the actual lvldesign. THATS dedication! Great job dude!

You are so underrated. Your movie coasters are just so crazy with the amount of detail you put into all your buildings. Just incredible. I just finished one myself the other day, check it out here if you can! Here's a thought...ever thought of colabing together?
@BradHamiltonVideo
6 жыл бұрын
Thanks - Yes - Perhaps we should try working together at some point. Right now, I'm kind of on a planet coaster break so I can play Red Dead Redemption when it comes out (otherwise, I'd play Red Dead for about 2 days and go back to Planet Coaster). If I want to contact you direct, you are on my Steam friend list so I assume I can instant message you?

This is amazing! I've never played Planet Coaster, is all this made with the base game or did you use DLC or mods?
@BradHamiltonVideo
6 жыл бұрын
I used all the DLC available at the time (minus the one just released) but no mods. You could build it with the base game but it would have taken longer and not looked as good. The temple pieces from the adventure DLC were particularly critical for getting that used concrete look - Without those, things wouldn't have looked as good, and would have taken far longer to build

Red dead redemption 2?
@BradHamiltonVideo
6 жыл бұрын
We'll see - I'm kind of on pause with Planet Coaster so I'll be able to play Red Dead 2 (as otherwise I'll throw nearly any video game aside if I'm in the middle of a Planet Coaster build) - After I play it a while, we'll see if it works. So far, I haven't been able to envision how to transform a truly open world game into a good ride - Dishonored 2 worked because the levels can be traversed in a reasonably linear way, or at least you can choose an interesting but linear path.
