Every time I see the device, the first word comes to mind is "PR"... Every time the vessels must be selected based on the length of the paddle bars of different machines. The vessels cannot have a fissure. Also you have to keep listening to the beeping of the fisher timers to conduct the samplings and load the samples on HPLC specified on the tacking sheets. The most nervous time is when your HPLC signals are collected and the data are input into the spreadsheet, just pray that the results are within Spec.

By performing uv spectroscopy of the withdrawn sample you will get absorbance and plotting the absorbance to the standard graph previously made you will get the concentration of the sample.

To improve dissolution rate we consider Physiochemical factors such as higher soluble drugs, small particle size , immediate-release tablet, use disintegrants,control pH, temperature and many crystal forms of drugs
