Hi from Australia Xavier.......I recently watched you react to Avi Kaplan's 'Change on the Rise' loved your reaction.....can I request you react to his collaboration with an Iris singer Peter Hollens....."Black is the colour of my true loves hair" It's an old Irish/Scottish ballad written over a hundred years ago.....it will blow your mind.....Avi's vocals do something to you ....so hauntingly beautiful

The Sound of Silence has been produced by Simon and Garfunkel in 1964. When Disturbed made his cover back then in 2015, Paul Simon wrote a email to David Draimen, the lead singer of Disturbed, and told David how much he liked this cover to which David repliied as following: "Mr. Simon, I am honored beyond words." "We only hoped to pay homage and honor to the brilliance of one of the greatest songwriters of all time. Your compliment means the world to me/ us and we are eternally grateful."

Pentatonix is very pretty and they are talented. Problem is this song isn't supposed to be pretty, it is supposed to be angry since we didn't heed the warning of the original by Simon and Garfunkle. Disturbed delivers the anger and talent.

Love the reaction. Normally interruptions are bad but you kept them short and they were emotional reactions to what you were hearing. I loved how you thought it was someone else singing when he lifted his register. David Draiman is one of the best singers of any kind in the entire world. Truly amazing. Disturbed has a song called The Light. You should definitely do a reaction to that official video. The song's message is as powerful as David's voice and I think it would make a perfect reaction video for you.

Part of what makes Disturbed so special as a band is the fact that David Draiman (lead singer) is a classically-trained opera singer. I've seen a couple of interviews, and he's really, really cool, and seems like a genuinely good person.

David Draiman.....a voice like no other! A powerful yet soulful voice that can go from warm baritone to angelic tenor, from clear as a crystal to rasp/distortion/vocal fry and back on a dime, which is incredibly difficult to do and he makes it look so damn easy! He has a timbre in his voice that I've never heard before........just hauntingly beautiful and pure tonal properties to it! An awesome talent. Loved your reaction Xavier. Try "Deceiver", "The Night", "The Game", "Indestructible", "Stupify", "The Light", "Enough", "Violence Fetish", "Stricken" by Disturbed too. All a bit "heavier" ....lol...

LOVE YOUR REACTION YEP! DAVID GRABS YOUR SOUL PULLS IT OUT HOLDS IT IN HIS HANDS AND MAKES YOU TAKE NOTICE OF WHAT HE IS SINGING AND THEN GENTALLY PUTS IT BACK IN AND LEAVES YOU SPEECHLESS WITH GOOOOSEBUMPS AND A TEAR ROLLING DOWN YOUR FACE BECAUSE DAVID AND DISTURBED SING ABOUT WHAT IS IMPORTANT AND WITH THEIR SOUL AND SPIRIT SO THEIR SONGS TOUCH YOU IN A WAY THAT YOU NEVER FORGET THIS SONG WAS WRITTEN BY SIMON AND GARFUNKEL IN THE 60'S AND WAS ABOUT THE START OF TECHNOLOGY (RADIO,PHONE, THEN TV) TAKING OVER OUR LIVES AS HUMANITY WAS LOOSING SIGHT OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING AROUND THEM LIKE WAR, HOMELESSNESS,JOBLESSNESS,CLIMATE CHANGE,HABITAT DESTRUCTION ETC ETC ETC INCLUDING FAMILY SEPERATION DUE TO USING THIS TECHNOLOGY TO MUCH AND WHEN THE BLACK AND WHITE TV CAME OUT OUR SPARE TIME WAS INFRONTBOF THE BOX (NEON LIGHTS) THEN BECAUSE OF SPORT AIRING ON SUNDAY'S PEOPLE STOPPED GOING TO CHURCH AND NOT INTERACTING WITH OTHERS WHO BELIEVED AND HELPED HUMANITY S&G'S SONG WAS A WARNING AND 50+YEARS....... DISTURBED'S COVER IS WTF HUMANITY YOU DIDN'T LISTEN THE FIRST TIME AND NOW TECHNOLOGY HAS TAKEN OVER OUR LIVES AND HAS MADE US A ME MEVME SOCIETY WHERE WE ARE RELYING ON OUR MOBILE PHONES AND LAPTOPS ETC TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS, (WORDS WITHOUT SPEAKING, LISTENING WITHOUT HEARING ETC) TEXTING, INSTEAD OF RINGING ETC HUMANITY STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES TODAY BUT WE ARE NOT DOING (HELPING MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO.....) HOMELESSNESS, HABITAT DESTRUCTION ETC WE ALL NEED TO TAKE NOTICE OF WHAT THIS SONG MEANS BEFORE IT'S TO LAAAAAATE BECAUSE HUMANITY AND OUR WORLD DEPENDS ON IT WE ALL NEED TO BE PRO ACTIVE IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE NO MATTER HOW SMALL BECAUSE CARING WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE ONE DAY AT A TIME THERE ARE MANY WOW SONGS FROM DISTURBED SOME OF MY FAVOURITES ARE- LIKE "HOLD ONTO YOUR MEMORIES" AND "REASON TO FIGHT" ETC ETC ETC MAY GOD BLESS YOUR 2022 BECAUSE WE CAN ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE ONE ANIMAL,ONE PERSON,ONE HABITAT AT A TIME BECAUSE WE ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE ONE WORLD AND ONE CHANCE TO SAVE HUMANITY HAPPY LISTENING :);):)
