The RSPCA one is cribbing the idea from a 1973 issue of National Lampoon magazine. The cover had a gun held to a dog saying 'Buy this magazine or we'll kill this dog'. Before they went more into movies, National Lampoon was a mature audiences edgy comedy magazine.

The people who made the Super Mario 2 commercial probably took a lot of inspiration from the restaurant scene in Monty Phyton's Life Of Brian for their commercial.

The dog one is saying that if you don't donate, animals will be shot. Not a threat to that dog. A warning to people who care about animals

I forgot about the RSPCA PSA with holding the dog hostage. There actually a longer version of the PSA if I recall correctly (been so long since I've seen it)

I remember the Axe commercial, it also aired in France. The thing is, with the Ikea one and the child the text is in English, if it had aired only just in France you should have found it with a text in French. I guessed correctly it was about Ikea and I understood the message about tidying your stuff. The Smurfs one, I remember hearing about it when I was younger.
