Nice setup. Its log like your hickory that make the Woodland Mill so intriguing, every logs like opening presents on Christmas. I like your staging area for stickering boards, I'm wanting to start banding my stacks...great video👍

I bought the one listed from amazon and hooked it up. It would run the grinder motor for about one second and the the motor would shut down... wasted my money!!!!!

Good going on your work. Regarding the computer brick, the amps need to match on the power supply as well as the watts, it sounds like its not enough. Match the power requirements listed on the labels between the two devices to see. Another one might work.

yes, your correct. I must have went through 60 of these to find 1 12v output. All the others were 9.5v output. I didnt check anything else due to the information i was given which now looks like people suggesting it were just guessing that it would work. Thanks for watching!

Great video Aaron! Hey is their any way you could do a video of a walk around of your sawmill shed? I’m looking to build a shed similar to yours. Wonder about dimensions, door opening sizes and so on. Thanks!

Its been very good. Only issue i had is i now realize i have to start the blade first then the advancer or it will shut off. Not a big deal. Works great!

You can have 12v going out but you may only have 5mA. You have to know what mA the sharpener needs and pick the appropriate converter for it.

Yes that makes conplete sense. From what i was told any 12v output laptop charger would work. I proved that wrong lol.

The computer charger only puts outs milliamps and won’t carry that kind of load.

What adapter are you using with that Tripp-lite?
@AaronTurnwald

Im not sure what adapter your referring to. It just plugs into the 120v wall outlet and then the sharpener red and black connects to the converter red and black.
