I have been making these rolls for about 7 years, the recipe is from Coolinarika, the first time I saw the recipe I said I would make them the same day and I did, and I and my family and friends who tried them liked them. I've been making them often since then. This time I put them together like a divit baklava, but they are also delicious when you put them straight.
They are soft but not overly so, if you still like them to be crispy, cook syrup for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
