hello. I'm a hobbyist and I liked your project. I need something to grind pet food. Could you give me the stls, or tell me where I can get them. Thank you in advance.

My design is a slightly modified version of this design: www.thingiverse.com/thing:4019689 There are also many other free shredder designs to download.

if i printed this with hard plastic like the PAHT-CF and added a 3kw low speed high torque engine directly to it, do you think it can shred printed paht-cf pieces without braking?

It probably would not work real well. The cutters have to be made from a material a lot stronger than what you are shredding. A much better option would be using a modified paper shredder.

@@BGTech1 ive been looking into paper shredders, but they have one big weakness that the axel is too thin and bends too easily, making the pieces looking more chewed instead of being in pieces. and thats for normal plastics, dont think harder industrial grade plastics gonna be working any good then

@aabbccddeeffgg1234 A real industrial mini shredder would be best.

@@BGTech1 i know, but the prices of those are so blown out of proportions i'd have to be running a giant 3d printer farm for that to be worth the investment. gonna be saving up a lot of scraps before its worth recycling them with those than buying new spools

@aabbccddeeffgg1234 I’ve been saving all my scraps too. One day I will figure out a way to recycle them.
