Better than the one I made...linking the rollers with old bicycle sprockets makes a big difference (mine wasn't linked and slips a lot). Nice job.

Dear Mr. Handarbeit, Of course you did an excellent job, if you can add this addition then your product can compete in the market place. After rolling sheet metal it becomes a cylinder, then there is a need to take out this cylinder out of the rolling machine, surely you can add a mean to allow the formed cylinder out of your roller.

Would press-fitting sealed bearing units into the tubes, at multiple depths, be a substitute for the washers+welding+grinding? You could then 'hang' each roller off of a bolt secure in each end wall. To drive the rollers, could you use a single rubber wheel mounted on a high-torque, low-speed motor, with the wheel in contact with both rollers?

Maybe it would be helpful to add small striation marks on both ends of the adjustable roller to make sure both ends are the same height so you dont accidentally roll a small cone lol and maye add a spring on either side also so it will automatically come back up when loosening the set screws on top roller. Nice build though

Hallo, die Ritzel und die Kette sind von einer Schwalbe. Welche man benutzt ist aber egal. Die Kette muß nur zu den Ritzel passen.
