In this video I show you how to easily make your own super creamy and spicy Camembert at home.
All you need is raw milk from the farmer, an acid starter such as fresh buttermilk (you can find it in the supermarket), sour milk (you can make it yourself - I've already made a video about this) or milk kefir (seeds - not the kind you buy in the supermarket) and Lab (liquid or tablets)
For this guide I used:
5L raw milk
75ml milk kefir
Lab (amount according to the manufacturer)
With just a little work and a little patience, you can use these instructions to conjure up a really aromatic cheese that you've never bought in the supermarket before.
It's super easy and the result will blow your mind!
