This is part #2 and wraps up the camper wall repair.
Removed portion of walls are replaced with 2 layers of 1/2" Baltic birch plywood. All exposed wood is coated with deep penetrating epoxy to give protection against future water damage. Also, decided to paint backside of aluminum diamond plate to give protection there as well in case water gets between wood and aluminum.
Installed replacement pieces with construction adhesive and once it dried, applied 2 coats of undercoat paint. I used Fence-post, Black Beauty. If you are using this, make sure to mix it really well.
After all are repaired, it's time to put camper and trailer back together. This process is the opposite of trailer removal. Raise the camper supported by 2 sawhorses to slide trailer below the camper. The trailer only moves a few inches at a time, so this is very time consuming process. It was more than 2 hour process to bring camper and trailer back together.

The final thoughts
Even though it was hard work to remove and put it back together, I feel it was still necessary evil to separate camper and trailer to work on the water damage. If I had to work on the repair with trailer still attached to the camper, I could only do part of the repair and not be able to address all of the problem I had to deal with. I hate this had to happen, but I'm glad I decided to go through with this. I hope the camper is good for another several years of use.
