But one tip, always solder with the speaker on the side not underneath the soldering, once drop of tin ruins the speaker again, or put couple of layers tinfoil in between.

Hi, Are these Canton Reference 9K value for money and are the HF sibilant and fatiguing when listening to these speakers for a long time? Do the go low on the LF? How do you compare these to say KEF LS50 Meta and KEF Reference 1 Meta speakers? Thanks in advance.

the hand should never shake when soldering.it is necessarily fixed in two materials, and then soldered.what you are doing is extremely wrong. 100% contact can never be achieved,there will be losses in sound.if I were you, I would disassemble it and solder it back exactly by fixing it.good luck,have a nice day..
